Need some Advice!!! Text based Relationship?

Ok This is going to sound strange but through one of my cell phone services called upoc i met a really awesome girl. We have only exchanged photos but chat on a daily basis through text. She has gone through alot in the past year and dealt with 3-4 stalkers and she hasnt told me everything but it wasnt good... I have been wanting to move forward to talk to her on the phone but she is dealling with alot of fear. And cant make the step to call me :(. It is suprising how much feelings you can have though just text lol we have been chatting now for 2 months and there have been really hard times where i couldnt take it anymore. 1 month or so she told me that if she needed to step up i should not talk to her and let her do that but i sorta did but it didnt come across well... so here we are a month later. She knows that it hurts me. And that i want to talk to her but she cant make that step. She said yesterday that she is going to suprise me and to wait and c and i told her i have??Need some Advice!!! ok that is messed up Do you think possibly she could actually be what she isnt saying she is?
