If you think you love your girlfriend then you shouldnt even be thinking about another woman. So with that being said, I take it you dont love her. So maybe you should go with this other woman see how it goes. If it don't work out then go back with your ex.
If you love your current girlfriend don't let her go just because you MIGHT like another girl. Just because you both flirt, doesn't mean either of you love each other. But if you can't choose between the two, then there's a big chance that you don't love either of them.
